Sensitive To Light has its genesis in 2006 when the French multi-instrumentalist Vynce Leff, former player of the progressive band SAENS decides to form a new band, with the collaboration of the scottish vocalist Jenny Lewis (lead vocals). The band releases its debut called "Almost Human", a conceptual record based in Carlo Collodi's "Adventures Of Pinocchio".

Two years later, and with a few changes in the lineup, Sensitive To Light launches "From the Ancient World", a much more adventurous release with a neo-classical structure in four movements, a contemporary and celtic touch.

Since then the band is on hold. Vynce Leff is now the leader of Symphonic Metal Band WHYZDOM.
